Ardnamurchan AD/02.22 cask strength 58.7%

Ardnamurchan was officially opened in 2014 and its very first release sold out overnight! Since then their releases have proved extremely popular. Ardnamurchan Cask Strength AD/02.22 is a 2022 bottling and is a vatting of 50 bourbon casks. 40 of these casks are peated, and this mix of casks results in a dram that has a nose of barley, honey, dark chocolate with orange and a wisp of tobacco smoke. The palate has a rich, oily mouthfeel with caramel, vanilla, pepper and lemon flavours. The finish has a zesty orange twist.
