Saltiness, fatness, finesse; the rancio expresses delicately. Very pleasant, smooth palate. Mastered woodiness, final taste on liquorice. Gourmet pairings: smoked fish; haddock. Comments: a Cognac of great finesse with a beautiful very harmonious aromatic complexity.
